In addition his other areas of law practice, Chuck helps clients manage their estate planning goals through the use of wills, trusts, and other estate planning tools. He assists clients in drafting life insurance trusts, estate tax planning documents, business succession plans, healthcare directives / living wills, powers of attorney, and more, personally handling each case. Chuck is a former president of the Psi Upsilon Foundation, and a recipient of the Distinguished Alumni Service Award.
