The Psi Upsilon Constitution is the primary governing document for the International Fraternity which must be followed by all chapters and alumni corporations and can be amended by the Convention.

In addition policies have been established by the Executive Council or the Psi Upsilon Convention to guide the chapters. Click a link to review each policy.

It will be forwarded to the Bylaws, Policy and Governance Committee and Executive Council for consideration. The Chair of the Bylaws, Policy and Governance Committee will follow up if any further information is needed.
