Thanks to so many volunteers, the Foundation has been able to create exceptional opportunities as showcased in the following pages. A portion of those who we engage with in 2022 have returned after years or even decades of time away from brotherhood activities. It is a joy to bring them back into our programs and build new relationships and find new ways for them to share their expertise, nurture personal interests, and be inspired by other each other. We now turn to grow our relationships and look through these annual and more frequent programs, stay connected through these long-form journalistic publications and convene more forums for substantive discussion and deeper connection. We are indebted to our generous community of donors who play such an important role in supporting the Foundation’s work to make Psi Upsilon a place of connection, joy, renewal, and inspiration!

2021 Impact Report “Persevere & Flourish” There is a lot to learn from the past year of transformation and innovation at the Foundation. These efforts are both years in the making as well as in reaction to the changes forced on all of us. The programmatic and communication expansion of the Foundation will stand as a new benchmark for years to come, a framework that impacts more brothers from more generations and will continue to provide new ways for us to be a Psi U for life. With these new programs, we all have learned some wonderful lessons about what our brothers are interested in, and how we can best engage them. I have the honor of listening to so many stories inspired by the excitement of learning about our new programs and content-rich publications. Our increasingly complex operations have only be made stronger by the strategic direction provided by the board and committees. This publication showcases our 2021 programs and bright future.
