An experienced banking and technology executive with demonstrable experience who founded Hampton Road Capital Management, a global equity investment firm based in Greenwich, CT which launched in 2007. The firm invests both long and short in equities in the Telecom, Media & Technology (TMT) and Travel, Leisure & Gaming sectors. Thaler is a Tiger grand-cub following his prior portfolio management role at Shumway Capital Partners, where he worked for five years investing in Telecom, Media & Technology companies. He also previously worked at private equity firm Spectrum Equity Investors and in the investment banking division at Merrill Lynch. He received a B.A. in Economics from the University of Chicago.

Omair Sarwar

Omair Sarwar leads the Software and Information practice at SFW Capital Partners and has been investing in growth buyouts of technology companies for over a decade. He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Captify, Greenshades and Devada and currently is a Director at Act!
Mr. Sarwar earned his undergraduate degree from Wesleyan University in Economics and International Relations where he was Captain of the Varsity Squash Team, NESCAC Scholar Athlete and member of ODE, The International Economics Honor Society. In his free time Omair is an avid surfer and snowboarder.

Antenum is transforming the wireless world with patented, low-cost directional antennas.
Logan was CEO and Founder of MicroTouch Systems, which he took public in 1992 and sold to 3M for $200M in 2000. He also founded Gotuit Media (sold to Tivo) and Personal Audio, a patent company that has successfully monetized some of his 40+ patents. He has a BA from Hamilton College and an MBA from Dartmouth.

Immersitech has developed an exciting portfolio of patented sound processing technologies, packaged as easy to integrate Software Development Toolkits (SDKs) that deliver advanced noise cancellation, voice clarity, and spatial (3D) audio enhancement capabilities for Enterprise Communications, Social Entertainment/Gaming, and Distance Learning. Our SDKs are designed to provide global communication platforms (i.e. Zoom, Meta(verse), etc.) with industry leading audio quality capabilities, leading to higher user engagement and enjoyment.
Jim has been developing and deploying advanced technology products in the global communications and cloud space for over 20 years. He has held several senior executive roles in both private and Fortune 500 corporations with extensive experience in developing corporate strategy, M&A integrations, and all stages of global product development leading to dozens of successful product introductions and several billion in recurring revenue streams. Jim has a BS, summa cum laude, from the Rochester Institute of Technology.

OneChain Capital is a principal cryptocurrency trading firm focused on providing liquidity to its counterparty base. Founded in 2017, the company trades selected cryptocurrencies both on exchanges, and with primarily institutional counterparties that include companies from various segments of the cryptocurrency sector.
Will Zhang is currently a Founder & Managing Partner at OneChain Capital, a financial services company within the cryptocurrency sector. Prior to founding OneChain Capital, Will was an Associate at The Vistria Group, a Chicago-based private equity firm, and an Investment Banking Analyst at Bank of Montreal. Will received a B.A. in Economics from the University of Chicago.
