Announcing the Psi Upsilon Mentoring Network
We’re excited to announce Psi Upsilon Fraternity has partnered with Firsthand to provide a mentoring network for all our members – undergraduates and alumni. The platform allows brothers to connect for one-on-one career conversations. Whether you have an interview coming up, need to give your resume a tune up, or want to learn about a new career path, brothers will be there to help! Psi Upsilon Foundation Announces New Graduate Scholarship
The Psi Upsilon Foundation is pleased to announce the expansion of its scholarship program with the introduction of Graduate Scholarships to compliment the long running undergraduate scholarship program. The new merit based program is open to degree awarding graduate studies from masters to doctorates in research and other professional degrees.
The Foundation’s scholarship committee will review the applications with an emphasis towards the candidates commitment to the values of the fraternity – moral, intellectual and social excellence.

Phi Alumnus Receives Distinguished Alumni Service Award
The Distinguished Alumni Service Award is granted to alumni who have brought honor to our fraternity through their fidelity and adherence to the values of Psi Upsilon and their service to the their chapter, community, the Fraternity, and the great nations of the United States and Canada.
This summer the 176th Convention bestowed Earl Raynal, Phi ’81 (Michigan), with this award and he was recognized at Phi’s Homecoming celebration over the weekend. Alumni President Greg Rupp, Phi ’81 had the following to say, “Earl is unselfish with his time and energy especially with the undergraduate members, serving as a mentor, advisor, councilor and friend. He works hard to listen and give sound advice when asked to… Without Earl’s help the recolonization effort the Phi has undertaken may very well have never gotten off the ground.”

Psi Upsilon and the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention
Brothers at the Chi Delta Chapter at Duke University participating in a local Out of Darkness Walk!
One of Psi Upsilon’s recognized Philanthropies is the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. This fall many of our chapters have been taking part in local “Out of Darkness Walks”. These meaningful events help raise funds that go towards suicide prevention and also increases the awareness of this health problem and lessen the stigma of asking for help concerning mental health.

Psi Upsilon Day of Giving – October 24!
Every October brothers from across the country are returning to celebrate Homecoming. They renew friendships, share memories with one another and create bonds with the newest members of the fraternity. We always speak of Fraternity being for a lifetime and Homecoming is an example of that.
On Thursday, October 24, we’ll be hosting Psi Upsilon’s Homecoming: our annual Day of Giving. This event is an extremely important part of our Foundation’s Annual Fund and helps us grant scholarships to undergraduates, provide leadership training to our officers with events like the Archons Academy, and allow staff members to visit campus and work directly with the brothers.
Last year we raised $50,180 from 174 donors and our goal in 2019 is to have over 200 donors give over a 24 hour period. We’ll be posting information online on our social media channels as well as sending out email reminders.
Best of all on this day your gift will make twice the impact that it usually does as brothers who believe in Psi Upsilon as much as you will match your gift! On our donor page you’ll be able to view whose made a gift, how far we are from our goal, and which chapters have given the most.
