Accommodations
This year we had to split locations due to hotel inventory near the Syracuse Campus. We wanted to be certain to have property within walking distance of the Pi Chapter House (101 College Place) and the campus buildings where we will be holding our Convention meetings. The undergraduate delegates and staff will primarily be staying at the Collegian Hotel while alums who would like to book their own rooms have a room block available at The Hotel Skylar (these hotels are about a block away from one another).
Both hotels have an airport shuttle and free on-site parking for guests who drive in.
Location of Pi Chapter House at Syracuse University – Hotel Skylar and Collegian are about a half mile north and situated one block away from one another.

Guests can reserve a room at our room rate of $169.00 for a Double or King room. The room does not include breakfast, but there is a restaurant on site. You must book by June 30 to receive our room rate!

- The Group Rate of $169 will appear for reservations from JULY 24-28, 2025. Guests must reserve the room with a credit card. A card will be authorized upon arrival for the full amount, plus incidentals and will not get charged until day of departure.
Guests can also call the hotel direct at (315) 701-2613 and give the agent the Group Code (PSI).
Guest check-in is 3:00pm and guest check-out is 11:00am.
Cancellation: If you need to cancel your reservation, it must be done 48-hours prior to the day of arrival. No shows or cancels will be charged one night room and tax.
The room block is only for those attending the Psi Upsilon Convention; we will be periodically reviewing the names of those registered for the convention (single events and all attendees). Please be sure to register before you book your room in our block. The room block is open to all Psi U alums as long as you are registered for the entire convention or at least one single event.

The International Office will book a room for every chapter’s two (2) accredited undergraduate delegates at the Collegian Hotel as long as we receive registration information by May 15 and the chapter is in good standing.
