The Career and Professional Development Program at Psi Upsilon aims to support members’ professional development through exploration, mentoring, and resource guidance at all stages of a career. Leveraging the invaluable benefit of an international network, as well as the deep connections and resources at the chapter level, the career development program serves both to guide a brother from coursework to real work and to equally inspire continued learning appropriate to more advanced stages of a career.
The Psi Upsilon Foundation is piloting a new way to educate and support our members in their career and professional development. We are building this program to complement many good activities on campuses, and by our chapter corporations. We will be kicking off with “open office hours” with brother Gerald Doyle, Omega ‘81 (University of Chicago), who is trained in providing such support.
The program is opt-in and available at will for any undergraduates to participate.
Components of the program include:

Our team will identify the most appropriate person by industry to review your resume and coordinate the review within 2-5 business days from submission. The reviewer will reach out directly to you with written comments and may offer times to connect and discuss further.
