Phired Up is the expert in Fraternity Growth, Psi Upsilon has partnered with them for a number of years to improve our chapter’s success at recruitment and have seen positive results! We encourage ALL undergraduate members who are passionate about recruitment to attend and be a part of the Winter Growth Summit!
What is Winter Growth Summit?
We’re Phired Up to invite students to our Winter Growth Summit, a must-attend event dedicated to helping you become a Growth Accelerator for your organization, council and community!
We know that in times of transitions, whether it is a new year or new officers, information, strategies and all of the need to know information can get lost in the mix. This year, Phired Up is focusing on equipping student leaders with the tools and knowledge to fuel growth and drive impact. Whether you’re an officer in your chapter or council, a recruitment chair, or focused on marketing, PR, retention, or member engagement, this summit is for you!
We want leaders to walk away knowing more about how to provide spaces of belonging and community to more students on their campus. Walk away with knowledge rooted in Dynamic Recruitment practices, technology tips, council-specific recruitment strategies, marketing, retention, and so much more!
This is your chance to get ahead, maximize your recruitment efforts, and set your chapter up for success in 2026.
Invite your chapter and council officers, and join us for this exciting and transformative event that will set you up to crush your growth goals!
Let’s get ready for an Accelerated 2026!

From the Goodale Literary Association (Eta Alumni Association):
Brothers, Make your plans! We are gathering once again for the annual Lehigh-Lafayette contest on Saturday, November 23, 2024, and you are most welcome to join us.
NOTE: This year we will be postponing the Annual Meeting to Founder’s Day 2025 so activities will begin at:
10:00 AM Alumni tailgate. We are in space S37 in the grass overflow parking lot (see linked map below), next to the Psi Upsilon undergraduates who are tailgating with Alpha Phi. Look for the Psi Upsilon flag flying high. The tailgate is potluck, so if you inclined, bring a dish and your favorite beer or wine to share. Lehigh prohibits hard liquor on all of its campuses, grounds and buildings.
4:00 PM Appetizers in the living room of the Eta. Alumni will bring beer and wine to enjoy but no hard liquor.
5:00 PM Italian buffet Dinner, sponsored by the undergraduate brothers of the Eta.
An RSVP would be helpful for our planning. Please respond if you are coming to either event with the number in your party. Send me an email: thomaskeating@yahoo.com.
If you cannot join us, think about attending your local alumni watching event and keeping the good old Eta in your thoughts. Hope to see you.

“Mark your calendars, it’s time for the 2024 Fall reunion. These events are always a wonderful time to meet new and old members. You never know who’s going to show up. Because of the College Camp’s guidelines for food, this will be a pot luck lunch. As always, we will continue into the evening somewhere typical after dinner. To top this event off, we continue the tradition on Sunday at Noon of visiting a staple of college cuisine, Marco Polo. I look forward to seeing you all.”
