Growth Coordinator
The Growth Coordinator supports the recruitment and expansion efforts of Psi Upsilon’s chapters, both new and existing. Reporting to the Executive Director and working closely with the Director of Growth, the coordinator travels to chapters and campuses, assists with the recruitment of new members, provides educational programming, and supports internal operations like financial and officer development. The role also involves building relationships with university officials, assisting with communications content (social media and web articles), and contributing to fraternity events and administration.
The ideal candidate for the Growth Coordinator position holds a bachelor’s degree and has strong written and verbal communication skills, with a comfort in engaging new people and building relationships with potential members. They should be team-oriented, creative in problem-solving, and capable of working both independently and professionally, including balancing office responsibilities with frequent travel. A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and access to an insured vehicle are required. While not mandatory, previous leadership experience in a chapter or on campus, as well as membership in Psi Upsilon, are preferred qualifications.
The position is open to being remote, but will require regular travel.
